Where are my cards stored?
The current workspace stores cards in IndexedDB in the browser or Chrome extension where you created them. The website and extension have separate storage. They do not synchronize yet.
How do I make a backup?
Select Export backup in the workspace header. Save the JSON file somewhere you trust. Use Import to add cards from a valid Back My Brain backup. Import adds copies and does not replace existing cards.
Why is something under “Review previous plans”?
The card was planned for an earlier day and remains unfinished. This is a missed daily intention, not necessarily an overdue deadline. A card is marked overdue only when its separate real deadline has passed.
Can a Doing card also appear in Today?
Yes. Board status and planned day are deliberately independent. A card can remain Doing while it appears in Today.
Accounts and synchronization
Google sign-in and encrypted multi-device synchronization are being prepared. They will remain optional. Existing local cards will not be uploaded without a clear confirmation step.
